Making the Future 2 NTU Exhibition

My final year project (DM-HillyMcBillyFarm) was shown at the Making the Future 2 Exhibition at Nottingham Trent University. (Sorry for the poor photograph)

The final year exhibition is now over, and it was nice to be able to see everybodies final year work before leaving.
The game students had a set of computers dedicated only to us which was nice, the photo above is showing one of the computers exhibiting my "DM-HillyMcBillyFarm" game level for the exhibition.

SPP3: University Portfolio

A Portfolio showcasing the best work I have done during my three years at University, created for the SPP3 module.
Bare in mind that this isn't a real portfolio, this is only to showcase the work I have done at University, hopefully my next portfolio will be mainly game art orientated and have a higher standard of quality and variation in the work being showcased.

This level is complete and ready to be handed into University on Monday as my Client Project. I have had alot of fun with this project, and I am fairly satisfied with the outcome.
Edit: After releasing the map to the public, it was noticed and posted on the front page of beyondunreal.com, thanks for the extra exposure!

More progress being made on the Deathmatch level, not too much left to do besides more decoration, lighting tweaks, visual tweaks, and optimization.

CP: Early WIP Deathmatch Level

I have not yet made a post about this project, thought I should as the hand in is only in a couple of weeks ! :)
These are some very early Work in Progress screenshots of my Deathmatch level I am making for my Client Project, the level is being made using the following tools: 3D Studio Max, Unreal Editor (Unreal Engine 2), and Photoshop.

The level is no where near complete, most of the texturing is done and the basic blocking out of the level is also done, however 90% of the level has yet to be decorated, most of the level is using basic ugly lighting which needs to be removed and changed, some buildings have no roofing, Weapons/Power-ups and Bot-pathing also need to be added. So really early days yet ! :)

(and for those who might recognise the visual style, it has been heavily inspired by the game TF2)
